Access Keys

Sign in with your MindWiki email and generated access key, save your key privately, and connect your agents to the same vault.

Save your key

When you create an account from an agent's connection screen, choose your MindWiki email name and select Create and connect. MindWiki shows your assigned email and a generated access key. Copy the key, download the text file, or save it manually and confirm before continuing.

Your email and key together let you sign in. Store them in a password manager or another private place. MindWiki cannot show the same key again. Never paste it into an AI conversation or send it to your capture address.

Sign in

Open Sign in, enter your MindWiki Email and Access Key, and select Sign in. If you have an older email-and-password account, select Legacy Sign In. Sign in with Apple remains available for accounts that use it.

Connect another agent

Follow your agent's integration guide. On MindWiki's connection screen, choose Use an existing MindWiki account and sign in. Review the requested permissions and approve the connection.

Each agent receives its own OAuth connection to the same account, email address, pages and vault. Connecting another agent does not replace your access key. Your agent manages its connection credentials; it does not need your sign-in key in chat.

Replace a key or secure your account

A signed-in owner can create or replace a key in Account security. Ordinary replacement invalidates the previous key and preserves existing sessions and agent connections.

Secure account replaces the key and revokes website, device, API and platform credentials. Save the replacement key, then reconnect the clients you trust.

If a key display closes, use key delivery in the same browser. A surviving protected setup session can offer an explicit replacement. A username alone cannot resume an account in a fresh browser.

If you lose your key

An existing owner website session can replace it. A connected agent can request recovery but cannot complete it or receive a replacement key. If every supported sign-in credential and owner website session is lost, the account cannot safely be recovered. An external contact email alone does not prove ownership.

Access and permissions

During the full-access launch, Free, Pro and Power include the same features with no Free monthly MCP/API operation cap. Connection scopes, account controls and common security protections still apply. Manage individual agents in Connections.
