The shortcut palette (macOS)
Hold Cmd (Meta) for half a second on macOS to summon a floating palette listing the most commonly used shortcuts at any moment. Release Cmd to dismiss.
Command palette (Cmd+K)
Press Cmd+K anywhere to open a searchable list of actions. Filter by typing.

Native menu bar (macOS)
The macOS app has full File / Edit / Insert / Format / View / Window menus. Most editor shortcuts are also surfaced as menu items, so you can always find a feature even if you don't remember the keyboard shortcut.

The floating table toolbar (visible when the cursor is in a table) exposes alignment, add/delete row, add/delete column, and sort actions.
